Paediatric Therapy
Gentle, tailored therapy supporting children to find their voice and grow in confidence. We provide assessment and support for speech, language, learning, and social communication needs, including non-verbal communication, autism, ADHD, and developmental delays.
Adult Therapy
Compassionate support for adults facing Speech, Language, Communication and Swallowing challenges due to neurological and/or pathological conditions not limited to stroke, head injury, cancers, degenerative conditions and surgery
Support Groups
Our support groups provide a welcoming space for adults to connect, share experiences, and support. Guided by a qualified Speech Pathologist, groups focus on mutual support, practical strategies, and meaningful conversation in a respectful, understanding environment.
Mawaddah graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BSc (Hons) Speech-Language Pathology. She has since found a passion in serving others through Speech Therapy and Life coaching. Mawaddah is particularly passionate about complicated neurological conditions and swallowing disorders. She has worked in the Acute and ICU setting since 2020, advocating for early Communication and Swallowing intervention in hospitalised patients.
At our practice we believe in holistic, client centred intervention- combining Life Coaching principals in therapy to achieve better patient outcomes.
Mawaddah is passionate about supporting and training caregivers and families who are ultimately an extension of the the therapeutic team!

Yes, for clients that are unable to attend in person sessions we offer online therapy and home programs. It is, however, important to note that for clients with a swallowing difficulty an in patient assessment will need to be conducted.
We are conveniently located near Greenacres Hospital, off Cape Road in Port Elizabeth.
We treat most neurological and pathological conditions affecting speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders in adults and children.
